The Tektronix M151 (P/N 155-0145-00) is a pulse output amplifier monolithic integrated circuit in a 16-pin DIP, designed by Howard Landsman and Ken Schlotzhauer.
It contains two amplifiers providing a controlled risetime output pulse occurring between ground and a programmable negative level, given a TTL input pulse.
