The Tektronix M130  (P/N 203-0130-90) is a preamplifier monolithic integrated circuit designed by Jim Woo. The chip contains one channel with gain switch, gain calibration, positioning, trigger pick-off, and channel switch.

Two chips are combined on a ceramic substrate with heatsink and printed resistors to form the 155-0155-00 (H332).
