The Tektronix P6021 is a 125-turn AC current probe for oscilloscopes. It can be used with the included passive termination box (011-0105-00), a Type 134 Current Probe Amplifier, or a 3A9 or 7A14 current probe amplifier scope plug-in.

Bandwidth is up to 52 MHz.

The P6021 has a contact to short the ring around the 7A14's BNC input to ground, to switch frequency compensation and gain.

The sister model P6022 has higher bandwidth but also a higher LF cut-off frequency and lower peak current rating.
