Mostek MK5007

The Mostek MK5007 is a four-decade BCD counter with latches and output multiplexer.

It was fabricated in an ion-implanted P-MOS process and needs a -12 V supply in addition to the +5 V rail. Maximum input frequency is 250 kHz.
