Tektronix engineer Frank Hood recollects:

"My next assignment was to design and build some instruments, ... for measuring the timing of the ‘Cyclotron’ at the Livermore Laboratories of the Atomic Energy Commission. A few such instruments were built. They were called Type 103 Time Mark Generator"
