A1002 Adapter Top

The Tektronix A1002 is a Kelvin-sensing curve tracer adapter for transistors with in-line pin configurations, e.g. TO-220 cases.

The A1002 fits the 370 and 371 tracers. The A1002 Opt. 01 (5 instead of 6 interconnect pins, no Kelvin connection for the base terminal) fits the 576 and 577 tracers.
