6M11
The 6M11 (P/N 154-0493-00) is a pentode and dual triode vacuum tube with a 12-pin Compactron base, introduced in 1961.
The individual systems have similar characteristics to a 12AT7 and a 6EW6. Its original application was for TV sets.
