The 91S32 expands an 91S16 by providing 32 channels of data, four strobes, and four clock lines in a DAS9100 system by allowing to connect four P6464 pattern generator probes. Multiple 91S32 are connected to a single 91S16 using a 175-9700-00 cable assembly.
