Siliconix LD110/111A
The Siliconix LD110/111(A) (P/N 156-0476-00,156-0476-00,156-1268-00) is a 3½ digit A/D converter monolithic integrated circuit chip set from the mid-1970s.
The LD110 (156-0476-00) is a PMOS digital processor that combines counting, storage, and data multiplexing functions.
The LD111 (156-0477-00) is an analog processor in mixed bipolar and MOSFET technology.
The LD111A (156-1268-00) is a pin-compatible update of the earlier LD111. It eliminated the need for an integrator clamp zener, and offered improved linearity, noise and temperature stability,
