SMTD994

The SMTD994  (P/N 152-0177-01) is a 10 mA, 2 pF tunnel diode in a DO-17 package. Based on the diode data the Toshiba/NEC 1S2199 is equivalent.

It is similar to the 152-0177-02, but has a 1 mA tolerance on I_p, while the 152-0177-02 has a 0.5 mA tolerance on I_p. The 152-0177-01 offers lower capacitance than the 152-0177-00.
