The 152-0177-01 is a 10mA 2pF tunnel diode in a DO-17 package. It is similar to the 152-0177-02, but has a 1mA tolerance on Ip, while the 152-0177-02 has a 0.5mA tolerance on Ip. The 152-0177-01 offers lower capacitance than the 152-0177-00.
