Robert Beville (b. 1938-06-25 – d. 2023-03) graduated from the University of Florida with a BSEE degree in 1961, MSEE in 1963. Before joining Tek in 1964 he worked as a mission conductor of refractometer experiments at Patrick AFB.

After serving as a Field Engineer, he transferred to Electrical Evaluation where his work included design on the 11B2A trigger circuitry.

After joining the Laboratory Oscilloscope Group, he was assigned the 7D11 project.

In 1981, he received an MBA from University of Portland.

Beville retired in 1999.
