The Tektronix 015-064 Four Channel Waveform Generator produces four different waveforms, available via BNC connectors on the front panel.
The unit gets it power from a fifth BNC connector, also on the front panel. It was designed to be able to be powered by the 100V CAL output of an oscilloscope.
The unit shown in the photos was modified to run on 10V.
