The Tektronix H074 (P/N 155-0065-00, 155-0064-01, 155-0125-00) is a deflection amplifier hybrid integrated circuit in a metal can, based on the M080 amplifier die.

It is the same as the 155-0064-00 (H074A) except for the case and pin 3 to case breakdown.
