The Tektronix M180 (P/N 155-0157-00) is a digital storage vertical control monolithic integrated circuit in a 40 pin ceramic DIP, designed by Don Kirkpatrick. It must be used together with the 155-0158-00 (M181).
The M180 and Ml81 acquire a low speed, low repetition rate waveform, store the waveform in an external RAM, and then redisplay the waveform at a higher rate. Also, the waveform may be digitally processed to provide several types of displays.
Memory and the analog portion of the A/D and D/A converters are external.
