The Tektronix 7L14 is a 1.8 GHz spectrum analyzer plug-in with digital storage for 7000-series scopes. It occupies three module bays. The biggest difference to the earlier 7L13 is the built-in digital storage and averaging.

- 23 − Deletes input limiter resulting in 1 kHz to 1.8 GHz frequency range.
- 39 − Increases coverage to cover 1 kHz to 2.5 GHz frequency range.
