The 155-0182-00 (H672) is a Tek-made Schottky diode shaper thin film circuit in a Hypcon package, capable of creating pulses with 150ps risetime and less than 2% aberrations.

It is used in the 067-0587-02 calibration plug-in for the step response generator.
