The Tektronix 80E11X1 is a 70 GHz low-noise sampling module for DSA8200 and DSA8300 mainframes.

Input is 50 Ω through a 1.85 mm connector. Noise performance is 950 μVRMS at 70 GHz, 450 μVRMS at 60 GHz, 330 μVRMS at 40 GHz.
