The Tektronix P6048 (010-0215-00) is a ×10, 1 kΩ, ≤1 pF passive, low-capacitance probe that is switchable for AC or DC coupling. It was originally designed for use with the Type 454 and the Type 647A, but it can be used with any oscilloscope with suitable input impedance.
