The Tektronix 120-0308-00 (P/N 120-308,120-0308-00) is a high voltage transformer used in the 543B, 544, 545B, 546 and 547.
A common failure is hot running due to dielectric loss. The epoxy potting material is not moisture resistant, and has itself become lossy over time.
The handwritten annotations on the datasheet below (different wire and cam sizes) were written by Bill Schell, who rewound these transformers in the late 2000s.
