The Tektronix H074B (P/N 155-0125-00) is an output amplifier hybrid integrated circuit.
It consists of an M080 monolithic amplifier and two discrete output transistors (153-0640-00) on a BeO substrate enclosed in a hermetic 12-pin stud-mounted metal case.
A variant of the H074A (155-0064-00), it is designed for pulse generators with a rise time of ~1 ns or bandwidth of about 200 MHz. It is only used in late SN versions of the PG502 (earlier use 155-0064-00).
