The Tektronix P6420 (010-6420-08) is an RF demodulator probe for DMMs with 10 MΩ input resistance, providing a DC output voltage proportional to the RMS value of a sine-wave input.
Designed to be used with a digital multimeter with a 10 MΩ input resistance, the P6420 can also be used with oscilloscopes which have a 1 MΩ input for relative flatness readings.

Internals
The probe body and PCB construction is similar to the P6202 FET probe. The 013-0097-01 retractable hook tip is common to both probes.
