==Rear Interface==
The PG501 provides simultaneous positive and negative 50 MHz output pulses
* 27B, 28A (GND 27A, 28B) – pre-trigger output, 10 ns before main output, 1 V from 27 Ω source impedance
with 5 ns rise and fall times and independently variable amplitudes
* 25A (GND 26A) – averaged amplitude output, internally connected to +out or -out via 27 kΩ/20 nF, or disconnected
from 0.5 V to 5 V into 50 Ω.  Front panel controls provide calibrated decade
* 24B (GND 25B) – available to connect in parallel to front panel Trig/Duration Input (connecting cable to be user-installed)
selection of pulse period from 20 ns to 20 ms, and duration from
10 ns to 10 ms. Uncalibrated pulse period from 20 ns to 0.2 s and
duration from 10 ns to 0.1 s can be obtained with the variable control.

The PG501 has a gate input and a 10 ns pre-trigger output.
