The Tektronix P6058 probe is a combination 1× DC voltage and temperature measuring device, rated up to 500 V.

It is designed for use with digital multimeters and plug-ins including DM501, 7D13, and 7D12/M1, which have a 4-pin LEMO S-series connector for this probe.

The temperature sensor in the P6058 is a diode-connected transistor. To measure temperatures, the hook tip is removed from the probe, exposing a ceramic tip connected thermally to the transistor case.

The DM501 needs additional wiring to use the P6058 as voltage probe.
