The Tektronix 5A21N is a high-gain differential amplifier plug-in for 5000-series scopes. In addition to inverting and noninverting differential inputs, it also features a current probe input for 125-turn probes such as the P6021. Unlike more advanced differential amplifier plug-ins, e.g. the 5A22N/7A22, it has neither a DC offset control nor a built-in comparison voltage source, and only one switchable bandwidth limit, a fixed 10 kHz low-pass.
