The Tektronix S-5 Sampling Head plug-in is the slowest of the S-series samplers but provides a 1 MΩ input impedance and selectable AC or DC coupling. The P6010 probe was a standard accessory for the S-5.
Late S-5s route the BNC ring contact to the "C" contact of the S Series plug-in interface and allow for proper readout scaling in a 7S11 or 7S12.
