MK31000 pinout

The Mostek MK31000 is a 2k×8 mask-programmable ROM monolithic integrated circuit with a pre-JEDEC pinout. It has three chip select inputs that are mask configurable as high- or low-active.

The General Instrument RO-3-8316 is an alternate source.
