The Tektronix 655 is an NTSC/PAL color video monitor with a Trinitron tube, introduced in 1972. Suffix -1 versions have additional RGB inputs. Suffix -C versions have additional component inputs. From 1978 on, the 655HR offered 50% higher resolution through an improved Trinitron SD-97 tube and extended bandwidth.
