The Tektronix C1001 is an analog video camera designed to be used with a video frame grabber card in an IBM-compatible PC and Tek waveform processing software. It is mechanically compatible to the mounting accessories of the C-30 series cameras.
The camera part was made by NEC and puts out an NTSC signal. It was later superseded by the compatible C1002.

Connectors
According to this posting and verified by experiment,
The camera has a 9-pin D-sub connector that takes in 12 V, around 300 mA at pins 1 (positive) and 3 (ground) and signal is on pins 4 (shield/ground) and 5 (video).
There are two other pins used which bring in calibration voltages and go only to BNC and two test points.
