The Tektronix 4503 is a scan converter, an analog memory device with readout in the form of a composite TV signal.

It has a V/H bandwidth of 1 MHz and a resolution of 500 lines. Output is a composite video signal with 525 to 1225 lines phase locked to an external video signal.
The scan converter tube is the Tektronix T4503.
