The TR-4602 aka EMG-1552 Oscilloscope is an approximate clone of the Tektronix 551 produced by Hungarian company Elektronikus Mérőkészülékek Gyára (EMG).
It is not an identical copy − EMG used different tubes (E180F instead of 6DK6) in the distributed amplifier, and equivalent or comparable European tubes instead of the original US tubes in other places.
