The Tektronix 203-0122-00 (M122B) is a Tek-made fast trigger source integrated circuit, designed by Art Metz and Walt Ainsworth.
The M122B is the die, which in a Hypcon package is called the 155-0150-00. It is designed to work with the 155-0160-00 (M136) preamplifier/source selector.
