The Tektronix 067-0515-00 is a 0.1% 50 Ω terminator with GR-874 connectors.
It is used to accurately terminate an instrument into 50 Ω to check its calibration accuracy. Its primary intent is for use with the 067-0508-00 Amplitude Calibrator, but it can also be used for checking scope calibrator outputs. It is also used in the calibration routine for the 067-0587-XX 7K calibrators to establish a correct output amplitude.
