The Tektronix M122B (P/N 203-0122-00,155-0150-00) is a fast trigger source monolithic integrated circuit, designed by Art Metz and Walt Ainsworth.
The M122B is the die, which in a Hypcon package is called the 155-0150-00. It is designed to work with the 155-0160-00 (M136) preamplifier/source selector.
