The Mostek MK36000 is a 8k×8 mask-programmable ROM monolithic integrated circuit. Speed grades included 250 ns (-4) and 300 ns (-5) access time.
The Motorola MCM68766 and Cypress CY7C64 are pin-compatible EPROMs.
