The Tektronix SA501 is a signature analyzer plug-in for the TM500 system.
It is also known as the 067-1090-00.
It requires a P6405 probe for the data input, and a P6458 4-channel probe for control inputs. The latter can be substituted by the similar, more common P6451 8+1 channel probe without increase in functionality.
