TMS9914
The Texas Instruments TMS9914 (Tek P/N 156-1444-00) is an integrated circuit implementing a GPIB interface. It has a 40-pin DIL package.
The TMS9914 is designed to work with the SN75160/75161/75162 GPIB transceivers.
