Ron Peltola
Ronald Wayne Peltola (b. 1938 – ?) is a retired Tektronix engineer. He joined Tektronix in 1961.

In 1973 he was one of first members of the development team for a Digital Network Analyzer called DNA. Other people in the team were Dave Armstrong, Bill Randle, Norm Kerth, Glenn Bateman, Bill Trent, Ellis DuPuy and Dave Hendry. Don Smith and Elvin Gudmumdsen would do the mechanical design. In May 1977 the project was officially cancelled. The device never hit the market. This was the first application of microprocessors at Tektronix - the Intel 4040 and the Motorola Bit-slice processor. This was the first all-digital front panel and display used in an instrument.[1]
