2N3055
The 2N3055 (P/N 151-0140-00) is a general-purpose silicon NPN power transistor that is widely used in Tek gear.
The 2N3055H is an epitaxial device with higher safe operating area than a standard 2N3055 at VCE >40 V.

Note: Tek part number 151-0140-00 refers to parts selected from the original late-1960s version that has relatively modest hfe. Care must be taken when replacing them with modern equivalents that have higher hfe – see for example the 7603 repair report at amplifier.cd (German) that discusses problems caused by replacing Q1216/Q1218 in the HV oscillator of a 7603.
