The 155-0022-00 is an analog multiplexer chip made by Tektronix and used in the 7403, 7503, 7704, 7854, 7912, 7904, 7934, 7603, 7613, 7623, 7A12, and probably others.
It is used to multiplex between the two vertical plug-ins and also to switch trigger sources. It is packaged in a 16-pin DIP. Tek expected the 155-0022-00 to have a yearly failure rate of 0.05%.
