The Tektronix DM44 is a 3½-digit digital multimeter module with manual range switching and LED readout that attaches to the top of the 464, 465, 466, and 475. It replaced the DM40 and DM43.

DC V Input Resistance 10 MΩ, Removable internal wire strap to increase input resistance to 1000MΩ on 200mV and 2V Ranges
Max. Input ±1200 V (DC + peak AC) between positive input and Common input/chassis, ±500 V (DC + peak AC) to Chassis
Resistance Range 200 Ω to 20 MΩ in 6 decade steps
Resistance Accuracy 200 Ω to 2 MΩ, 0.25%, ±1 count; 20 MΩ, 0.30%, ±1 count
Temperature Range (with HP6430 Probe) −55 °C to +150 °C
