The Tektronix H106 (P/N 155-0077-00,155-0077-01) is a vertical output amplifier hybrid integrated circuit, based on the 203-0089-90 (M089) amplifier die using the ft doubler topology, and two discrete transistors (153-0637-00).
All dies are mounted on a BeO substrate enclosed in a hermetic 16-pin stud-mounted metal case.
The H106 was originally designed for the 7704A by Einar Traa.
