The Tektronix H106A (P/N 155-0115-00) is a vertical amplifier hybrid integrated circuit, based on the M089 (203-0089-90) die and two discrete transistors (153-0638-00) on a BeO substrate enclosed in a hermetic 16-pin stud-mounted metal case.
