The Tektronix M156 (P/N 155-0288-00) is a low-power 50 MHz vertical output amplifier monolithic integrated circuit in a 24 pin plastic DIP, designed by Carl Battjes. The 155-0207-00 is the earlier version of the same chip in a ceramic package.
