The SG3524 (P/N 156-0933-00,156-0933-01,156-1585-00,156-1585-01) is a PWM switch-mode controller monolithic integrated circuit in a DIP16 package, for voltage mode switching regulator applications.
It has a push-pull pair of single-transistor outputs generating non-overlapping pulses.
The SG3525 (DIP16) has 200 mA totem-pole outputs. The SG3527 is the same as the 3525 but with low-active outputs.
The SG3526 (DIP18) adds pulse-by-pulse current limit and double pulse suppression.
There are numerous second sources, e.g. LM3524/25/26/27, UC3524/25/26/27 etc.
