The Tektronix Type 10A2 is a 50 MHz dual-trace vertical plug-in for the 647 and 647A oscilloscopes, designed by Gene Andrews.
It was introduced in 1963. An updated 100 MHz version, the 10A2A, was introduced in 1967.
