The 155-0080-00 is a Tek-made Hybrid Vertical Output Amplifier chip in a stud-mounted can. It is used in 100 MHz-class 76xx scopes.
It contains three cascoded differential gain stages, two of which use the "ft doubler" circuit invented by Carl Battjes. Tek's internal name for the chip was "M125".
