The 5651 (P/N 154-0052-00) is an 87 V (at 3.5 mA) voltage reference tube with a miniature B7G 7-pin base. It is very similar to the 0G3/85A2. The 5651WA is a ruggedized version.
The 5651 is used in the power supply of the 128, 160, 310, 310A, 502, 503, 504, 511A, 512, 516, 517, 526, 531/531A, 535/535A, 536, 541/541A, 543/543A, 545/545A/545B, 581/581A, 585/585A, 549and other instruments.
