The Tektronix H074B (P/N 155-0125-00) is an output amplifier hybrid integrated circuit in a 12-pin stud-mounted case.
It consists of an M080 monolithic amplifier and two discrete output transistors on a BeO substrate.
A variant of the H074A (155-0064-00), it is designed for pulse generators with a rise time of ~1 ns or bandwidth of about 200 MHz.
