Motorola 6810
The Motorola 6810 is a monolithic integrated circuit is a 128×8-bit static RAM that was introduced with the Motorola 6800 family of microprocessors. It has four active-low and two active-high chip select inputs.
The Motorola 6821 is an updated version with slightly different specs.
